The Full Story

Well hello there.

Welcome — and thank you for taking the time to be here!

Before I worked in healthcare, I worked in the performing arts. I trained and worked as an actress, and while I loved the craft, I came to realise that the career itself wasn’t sustainable for me. The physical strain, the mental pressure, and the constant lack of security took a toll — and there was very little support for any of it.

That experience is what quietly shaped everything that came next.

I moved into healthcare almost by accident, starting with sports therapy after training at the Sports Massage Institute of Finland, graduating in 2015. What began as an interest quickly became a vocation. I went on to train as an osteopath at University College of Osteopathy in London (formerly the British School of Osteopathy), graduating in 2019, deepening my understanding of how the body adapts, compensates, and communicates. Alongside this, I studied psychology through the Open University at the University of Helsinki, reinforcing something I had already lived firsthand: the mind and body are never separate.

Over time, my work expanded naturally. I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness instructor in 2022, a Level 5 Nutritionist in 2023, and trained as a Functional Medicine practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine from 2021 onwards. Each step wasn’t about adding titles, but about seeing the whole picture more clearly.

I believe we are the sum of our parts — physical, mental, emotional, and behavioural — and that none of them make sense in isolation. Pain, fatigue, injury, stress, and burnout are rarely random. They are often intelligent responses to how we live, work, think, and recover.

My original mission was to support performers — actors, dancers, musicians, comedians — helping them sustain the careers they love with health, energy, and balance. Over time, that mission widened. Because the truth is, our society still hasn’t caught up. Many people are high-functioning, self-sufficient, and capable — yet quietly running on empty.

I work with those who don’t need their hand held, but value insight, structure, and a bespoke approach that respects both autonomy and complexity.

Someone once told me:

“Money spent on your health is money well spent. There will be hits and misses, but it’s never a waste. Finding what works best for you is always worth it in the end.”

I couldn’t agree more.

Behind the Scenes

Mission

My mission is to support performers and individuals from all walks of life in taking informed, sustainable ownership of their health.

I recognise the unique physical and mental demands of high-pressure industries, as well as the wider lack of education around self-care, recovery, and long-term well-being. Through a grounded, integrative approach, I provide clarity, guidance, and a safe, supportive space where individuals can build resilience, restore balance, and develop a deeper understanding of how their body and mind work together.

Vision

I envision a world where health is not an afterthought, but a foundation.

A world where people — particularly those working in demanding, high-pressure environments — feel supported, informed, and empowered to care for their bodies and minds with confidence. By creating a safe, thoughtful space for shared understanding, guidance, and lived experience, my aim is to contribute to a culture where well-being is prioritised, self-care is instinctive, and individuals are equipped to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally — throughout their careers and beyond.
